Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz unsalted butter, (2 sticks)
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  4. 4 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  5. 1/2 t salt, or to taste
  6. 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  7. 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts in brine, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Saute onions in butter until softened and lightly browned.
  3. Add cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes
