    This is a recipe my son, Thomas, learned how to make when he was a Cub Scout! Thanks Thomas!

Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken Breasts
  2. Ritz Crackers
  3. Butter or Margarine (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Pound chicken breasts and cut into portion sized pieces.
  3. Dip or brush chicken with melted butter or margarine, then coat both sides of chicken with crushed Ritz Crackers.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
