This is a recipe my son, Thomas, learned how to make when he was a Cub Scout! Thanks Thomas!
Ingredients
- boneless chicken breasts
- Ritz crackers
- butter or margarine (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Pound chicken breasts and cut into portion sized pieces.
- Dip or brush chicken with melted butter or margarine, then coat both sides of chicken with crushed Ritz Crackers.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
