Spinach, Orange and Onion Salad

  1. 2 T cider vinegar
  2. 1 T sugar
  3. 1 t salt
  4. 1/4 t dry mustard
  5. 1/3 c vegetable oil
  6. Salad

  7. 1 lb fresh spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces
  8. 2 large oranges, peeled, separated, and cut in half
  9. 1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated
  10. 6-12 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled



  1. In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, and dry mustard.
  2. Gradually whisk in oil until thoroughly blended.
  3. Salad

  4. In large bowl with dressing, add spinach, oranges, onion rings and bacon.
  5. Toss to blend, and serve immediately.
