Sesame Chicken Breasts

    This chicken is good with rice or cous-cous.


  1. 2 t sesame seeds
  2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  3. 2 T honey
  4. 2 T soy sauce
  5. 1/4 t ground ginger
  6. vegetable oil cooking spray


  1. Heat a large nonstick skiilet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add sesame seeds and cook until seeds are toasted. Remove and set aside.
  3. Butterfly chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Coat skillet with cooking spray, place over medium high heat until hot.
  5. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  6. While chicken is cooking, combine toasted sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce and ginger, in a small bowl.
  7. After chicken browns add seed mixture to skillet, and cook 3 additional minutes, turning chicken to coat with sauce.
  8. Serve sauce over chicken.
