Gingersnap Dip

    Warm Spice Mix (3 t of pumpie pie spice can be substitued)

  1. 2 t ground cinnamon
  2. 1 t ground ginger
  3. 1/2 t ground cloves
  4. 1/4 t ground nutmeg
  5. Dip

  6. 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  7. 1 c powdered sugar
  8. 2 t warm spice mix
  9. 1 (8 oz) carton frozen French Vanilla Cool Whip, thawed (or Original Cool Whip)
  10. remainder of warm spice mix to garnish
  11. gingersnaps and/or sugar cookies for dipping


  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and spice mix using an electric mixer until blended.
  2. Beat in Cool Whip until combined.
  3. Keep refrigerated until serving.
  4. To serve, spoon dip into a serving bowl and garnish with remaining warm spice mix.
  5. Serve with gingersnaps or sugar cookies.
