Pumpkin Pie Dip

  1. 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 c powdered sugar
  3. 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin pie filling
  4. 1 t ground cinnamon
  5. 1/2 t ground ginger
  6. garnishes: ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks
  7. apple and pear slices and/or gingersnaps for dipping


  1. Beath cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add pie filling, cinnamon, and ginger, beating well.
  3. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  4. Garnish if desired.
  5. Serve with fruit and gingersnaps.
