Tuna Pate

  1. 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 T chili sauce
  3. 2 T snipped parsley
  4. 1 t minced onion, dried
  5. 1/2 t Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  6. 2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained (or 4 (2.6 oz) tuna packets)
  7. crackers for serving


  1. Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Gradually stir in tuna.
  3. Beat until mixture is thoroughly blended.
  4. Place in a small bowl, and chill thoroughly, at least 3 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers.
