Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 oz) pkg Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap
  2. 1 lb ground turkey
  3. 1 (8 oz) can diced water chestnuts, drained
  4. 4 green onions, chopped
  5. 1/4 c roasted peanuts, chopped
  6. 4 oz carrot, diced, or matchstick sliced carrots
  7. 2 heads bibb lettuce
  8. 2 T canola oil
  9. .

Instructions

  1. Heat oil over high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add ground turkey and stir fry for 3 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add sauce and heat through until hot.
  4. Add water chestnuts and heat until warm.
  5. Add carrots and green onions.
  6. Serve immediately with lettuce.
