Lettuce Wraps

    You can serve this as a salad over a bed of chopped lettuce.


  1. 2 T canola oil
  2. 1 lb ground turkey
  3. 1 (8 oz) pkg Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap
  4. 1 (8 oz) can diced water chestnuts, drained
  5. 4 oz carrot, diced, or matchstick sliced carrots
  6. 4 green onions, chopped
  7. 2 heads bibb lettuce
  8. 1/4 c roasted peanuts, chopped


  1. Heat oil over high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add ground turkey and stir fry for 3 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add sauce and heat through until hot.
  4. Add water chestnuts and heat until warm.
  5. Add carrots and green onions.
  6. Add peanuts.
  7. Serve immediately with lettuce.
