Pre-Notes

    The pineapple can be sliced into 4 or 6 wedges, depending on the number of people you will be serving.

Ingredients

  1. Pineapple
  2. Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut pineapple into 4 quarters lengthwise, remove core, slice from rind and slice into discs. Leave the pineapple discs in the outer shell of the pineapple for serving.
  2. Microwave the caramel sauce.
  3. Place pineapple wedge on plate and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. The pineapple wedges can be left whole and lightly grilled before serving with caramel sauce.
