  1. 28 cherry tomatoes (not grape tomatoes)
  2. 7 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  3. 1/2 c mayonnaise
  4. 1/3 c green onions, chopped
  5. 3 T Parmesan cheese, grated
  6. 2 T celery, finely chopped
  7. 2 T fresh parsley, minced


  1. Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp; invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the bacon, mayonnaise, onions, cheese, celery and parsley.
  3. Spoon into tomatoes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
